I think on Saturday’s aka Caturday I will leave a short fact.

We’ll start off with this little fact, cats cannot taste sweet foods. Many carnivores have no need to eat carbohydrates, so some have lost their ability to taste sweetness. Cat owners say their cats like things like ice cream, so it can’t be true. Some cats do like ice cream, but it’s not for the sweetness but for the fat.

Some of the other animals that can’t taste sweets are dolphins, lions and hyenas.
